ford escort 1.8 diesel wont start in the mornings?

hi ive just changed the glow plugs thinking it was that and problems still there but once it starts car starts easy the rest of the day

you need to check that a feed is going to heater plugs when warning light is on [heater plugs should still be live for a short while when light goes out ] if not ,then relay/timer could be faulty, fuse may have blown or wiring at fault.
