whats the proplem?

hi, have a mini moto quard starts then dies if take spark plug out and clean it will start then stop i think one piston ring is broke would this be the proplem or could it be the spark plug mmm

GET A LIGHTER AND BURN THE BOTTOM OF SPARK PLUG PUT IT BACK IN HOT PULL IT AND IT SHALL START

the piston ring wouldnt help , and theyre easily replaced

is the sparkplug really wet when removed?
if so , fuel is too rich (flooding) which will casue problems like that
