How can I fix my Bosch Fridge Freezer KGU32124?

The freezer section is only down to set temperature (-18) in the bottom of the four drawers.
The next drawer up is -13, the next -8 and the top drawer is -3 degrees so food is not properly frozen.
I have tried switching off for 24hrs/defrosting but still the same problem - any clues much appreciated. (Fridge works perfectly.) Thanks

Thanks for your responses - I've allowed it to defrost for a week. Just switched on and it's working perfectly.
You have saved me a lot of hassle and money so THANK YOU!

Take the top drawer out.

Can you see/hear the fan working.

If not working it may simply have frosted up (is the KGU32124 intended to be frost free?).

Once the trays are removed it is generally only up to six screws to remove the panel and get access to the fan and see the heat exchanger.

I have a cheap little stem cleaner (not sure if this should be recommended though) which cleared a similar job in a matter of minutes...or you could fully defrost for a couple of days.

If it's a frost-free freezer then there will be a fan to circulate the cold air. It sounds as if the fan is not working.
