My bosch double own (Lower Oven) will not heat up?

I have a HBN7052GB oven. The lower oven had suddenly stopped heating up. The Temp light comes on as does the Oven light with the fan but no heat. The top oven works fine. What could be the problem and can I fit it myself?

Your problem is most definitely the element which heats this section the element will have to be replaced. If you have access to the element firstly make sure the oven is switched off run your hand if possible around the element and feel for any cracks. If you have good access and a torch shine the light around it and inspect the surface of the element this is definitely where your problem lies.
You will need a qualified engineer to do this or if you know someone who is confident they could carry this work out then it will save you a considerable amount of money. You can get a replacement element off the net next day delivery.
