vw sharan how to change oil in automatic gearbox?

I have vw sharan 1.9 tdi 2001y. and I have problem with automatic gearbox,1 and 2 gear and reverse it changes correctly but when I want to change from 2 in to 3 gear I need to go to 7.000rpm to force to change,but after couples seconds its goes in to empty(blank).When I check automatic gearbox it was without oil filters(I bought the car before two week).How can i change the oil how much oil I need to put inside automatic gearbox and oil filter and it will be all right with it after that.Please tall me what to do.

Unfortunately or fortunately for the dealers, you can not change the oil in the newer models. Sharans like some other models don't have dipstick. And come with the life time sealant. You will have to take it to a garage to get it checked or changed. Mine had a same sort of problem and it was diagnosed as a gearbox fault despite filling the oil. It seems like quite common problems in these Sharans, Alhambras and Galaxys (similar cars)
