We had a power cut yesterday and now the 2 keypads don't appear to be working on our Accenta 8 system. The green led light behind the numbers is lit but not the red power light. Any ideas?

The battery is dead in the panel. Get new battery 2.1amp from maplin or other dealers. Turn power off to alarm remove old battery. Fit new. put code in to turn alarm off. put power back on. refit lid then press reset.
WARNING ALARM CONTAINS 240 V AC. MAINS. would recommend a qualified alarm engineer.
