how do i reset or mend F12 on boiler glow worm 24 hxi?

Boiler shows F12. How can i reset this or is it an engineer problem?

We have just had the same problem and it was the circuit board not 'talking' to the wall unit. The circuit board can only be bought in a kit for about £112. We got a local 'heating company' who ended up changing everything, took 5 weeks and charged an extortionate amount.
