how can i fix my citreon relay van 2.5?

my camshaft in my citroen has started to knock like a petrol big end bearings can you please tell me how i can fix this and is it going to be expensive

Replace the camshaft and the follower also new timming belt and of course itl be expensive its a citreon isnt it
