how do i restore correct pressure to boiler?

I have a Linea 28 boiler and have followed instructions to restore pressure with no apparent effect. Could this be the reason why my loft radiator is not receiving any hot water.

i used this on a ravenheat 84et and pressure back upto 1.5 bars, saved me ££££

look below your boiler and there may be a silver flexible pipe.
this is called your filling loop. Either turn the black knob or turn the screw head, keeping your eye one the pressure gauge until the pressure reaches about 1 bar
