Help. Diplomat Select 920 AHY 4450 keeps blowing plug fuses?

When oven is being used and grill is turned on the fuse in the plug blows.
I have had the elements from the fan oven and the top conventional oven checked and both are working okay. However when oven and grill are used together the problem occurs.
The oven is a Diplomat Select 920 model number AHY4450.
How can I find out what the problem is?

Have you checked the rating plate on it? It is normally sliver or black. It is sometimes on the back of the unit or if you open the door, on the door frame.
On it somewhere there should be a number followed by 'Kw'. If this number is higher than 3.0Kw, then you require a 20amp electrical supply for it to connect to.
Basically, anything up to 3.0Kw should work ok off a 13amp fuse. If it's over 3.0Kw, then it's too powerful for a 13amp fuse and will blow it.
Most fan ovens are about 2.4 - 3.0Kw, I'm guessing yours maybe a little more than that because it has a grill function. A grill needs more power than a normal oven.
All the best,
