what mileage/age of car does cam shaft belt require replacement on peugeot 206 hdi d-turbo?

On the 1.4 HDi, Peugeot say 144k (plain ridiculous as the water pump and tensioners never last that long), on the 2.0 HDi, 90k - which is still too long, but there you are....!
