drum goes one way but not other?
can any one give any suggestions? i have a servis dryer model m2010 and the problem is the drum goes one way but not the other also at the back of the dryer there is a box on the right hand side. When you look inside the dryer the box is glowing red and hot to touch also has burning smell. Any suggestions of what it could be and how to fix the dryer?
