its washing clothes ok buy when its time to drain it wont the water stays in the drum ,ive tryed blowing down the waste pipe to check for blockages and ther is bubbles come from water.

Your machine is NOT PUMPING water off. I suspect that the pump is seized. you need to put the output pipe into a bowl and lower to the floor, The machine will empty into the bowl by GRAVITY. Empty the bowl 4/5 times to empty the machine, strip/inspect the pump. look for the impeller, it must be free to turn. Do not confuse with the snap of the magnets as when you twist the motor, they will jerk. This is not a seized pump, a seized pump will not turn at all. If it does not turn, replace pump
