HOW TO REPLACE A COOKER ELEMENT IN AN INDESIT FV10 COOKER?

pLEASE ADVISE HOW TO CHANGE A COOKER ELEMENT IN MY BUILT IN INDESIT FV10 COOKER
ALAN LEWIS, January 2008
Just did the job on mine. Cooker has to come out (two screws in front), remove back plate (four or five philips screws). Element held in with two screws from the back. Whole job takes less than an hour. Best source for a new element is "Elementman", use google to find it! Everyone else quoted £45., theirs was £38 and delivered next day.
