why is my washer drawer full of water?

at the end of my wash cycle, the conditioner compartment is still full of water. I have to tip it out to refill for another wash. It is an AEG oko lavamat 86741, around 4 years old. Any ideas as to what is wrong. I remove drawer to clean regularly, so it is not bunged up.

As long as the machine is taking the CONDITIONER no problem, its when the machine DON'T take it you have ,the water comes into the draw and sends the conditioner (BY A SYPHIONING ACTION) into the drum leaving water in there if you have a u tube see how clear the holes are,a soak in hot water will loosen the gunk better still if it comes apart.

take the draw out and there is a round piece sticking up at back.pull this off and clean inside and down hole.if this isn't blocked then the conveyor (bit above conditioner draw where water comes in) could be blocked and need replacing
