it depends on where you are located, but the programming can only be done with a sigma programmer, i have one also they will need to know which button you need because there are different ones, you can tell by the colour of the light on the fob when you press the button. getting hold of the buttons you need to either go to a dealer or ring sigma and ask them to send you one in the post
