The water is not filling into the machine properly, it keeps on stopping and starting. Then it switches itself off, it goes into the mode of E10

make sure the drainhose isn't pushed to far down waste pipe (asuming it is installed into freestanding waste and not connected under sink) as this can cause a syphoning effect which makes the machine keep topping up lost water and giving e10. 8 inch of pipe into waste is ideal
