Hi

I have an accenta 8 mini alarm system in my house, I have both the codes for User 1 and User 2.

The alarm sets fine on leaving the house etc .. However the external bell sounder doesn’t go off when the alarm is set-off i.e someone has broke in. However when I try the alarm tests as per the instruction manual the external bell sounder is fine.

Help would be much appreciated.

check in programming for bell dalay settings if any ,,,does the strobe flash ?

WE ehad a similair problem and it turned out to be one of the 1 mp fuses in the main panel -

Hi Dean, I suggest you do a full walk test of all the zones/detectors to establish that there all working. Secondly I would check to see what if any zones are omitted on all set programmes.
