I stupidly put a ver thin DVD in my picasso standard cd/radio player. It will not eject how should I do it. I know how to get the radio out of the dash and think that if I could get the front off the radio I may be able to insert a pair of tweezers and pull it out

Tweezers are not likely to help you. The disc will most likely be held in place by the CD mechanism. Your best bet here would be to have the disc removed by a professional, because it will probably involve stripping the unit and manually adjusting the mechanism to its eject mode, while at the same time releasing the disc from howsoever it is caught.
I suspect a DIY attempt may cause irrepairable damage.
