problem with Hotpoint WD61?

currently replaced the belt cause old one kept coming off, probley stretched or some thing, but any way, after 3 washes there was a orange flash then it trip the electric out. Any one have ideas, ive had a good looked but can't see any signs of burn marks or nothing felt warm
