baxi 80 eco boiler cant stop ch coming on?

HI I CANT STOP MY BAXI 80ECO BOILER FROM ACTIVATING THE CH , EVEN IF I ONLY HAVE DHW SELECTED. COULD THE SELECTOR SWITCH BE THE PROBLEM OR IS IT THE 3 WAY VALVE. THE PIN IN THE VALVE IS COMING UP AND CLICKING THE MICROSWITCH.
