how do i unlock door of zanussi aquacycle machine?

bought second hand machine can't get door to open after cycle can anyone help

TURN OFF POWER SUPPLY. Remove the top cover of the machine then reach down to where the lock is, now if you push the door inwards you should be able to feel the tip of the latch, just move this left or right and the door should release.
