How can I fix my my main oven on a Stoves Newhome electric oven ?

I have a Stoves Newhome Electric Cooker model EC600 DO DLm. The main oven lights up & the fan works BUT it isnt heating up. The top oven/grill is working fine. Any advice appreciated.
