Shower fuse keeps tripping?

Hi

We have a 10kw shower and sometimes when you shower the fuse trips and turns the shower off. Is this dangerous as we used someone to fit ceiling lights and a new bathroon suite and then found out he was a cowboy!! Any ideas?

AFAIK an electric shower should have its own 30 amp dedicated power supply cable & trip fuse.
I'd check this for a start.
A 30 amp cable is quite thick... like the one going to the back of your cooker.
