can not down load the printer on my new lexmark x4550?
when i put the disk in it only down loads the lexmark fax solutions and lexmark 3500-4500 series with included imaging studio/unistall/lexmark cartridge and eu waste
Make sure you are using Windows XP OS. For Windows Vista (32 bit), you do not need to install using the disk, attach the printer to the computer (hard-wire for the 1st time) & let windows Vista download the driver automatically for you
