HOW DO I REPAIR/REPLACE THE FUSE IN VAX MACHINE?

THE VAX CARPET CLEANER V-025 NO LONGER WORKS. WE BELIEVE THE FUSE HAS BLOWN INSIDE WHICH SEEMS TO BE SEALED. HOW CAN WE REPLACE THE FUSE. THANK YOU
