how can i fix the element in the oven of my AEG b1180-1?

My oven has stopped working everything seems fine the only problem seems to be the element at the back of the oven its self .is this easy to repair if i get a spare? Where is best for this?

remove back panel out of main oven cavity (4 screws).you will see element mounted to back panel.remove screws that hold it in and gently pull it towards you.you will see wiring attached.remove wires and attach them to new element 1 by 1 and refit in reverse.unplug from mains before doing any of the above!!!.
