The man switch is only allowing partial programme completion and then goes into a clicking default mode going through all prog settings without reacting. Doing a switch off and reste does not cure it - new main switch or could it be a faulty connection. Any help really welcome.

Door will not open if drum contains water. Put end of drain hose into a bowl lower to ground, water should flow(gravity) ,even a (dribble indicates a near total blockage be prepared to empty bowl 4/5 times when empty door should open .Now strip bottom hose (need some old towels for this) check for blockage in the filter ,check drain pump, for hairs ,fluff etc including the impeller turns ,(maybe seized) if it don't replace with a new one

Thanks for your answer - right through the prog till spin. having reset several times it has now done along spin session but door wont open!! Brian

The programmer is telling YOU that YOUR machine HAS DEVELOPED A FAULT (how far into the programme doe's it get BEFORE the dial starts to spin )does it fill /heat /agitate drain etc up to (WHAT) point on the dial ?
