how can i fix and what parts do i require?

my creda TCR14 wont heat up, comes on and drum turns but no heat what part or parts do i need to repair it, its 4 years old

Chances are its the heating element itself that has packed in, however it could be the thermostat. I think its best to check the element for electrical resistance before flashing out on a replacement.
