How do I stop my OKO Favorit 5040 dishwasher always draining?

I know its the flood protection system that's cut in but I'm not sure how to fix it. Can anyone help?

Same thing on our OKO, paid for repair but repair man only tipped the water out of the base (by pulling the OKO out and leaning it on its side) claened the door seals - and that was it.
