Help is it worth having repaired?

I get a blue screen on playback, when I switch to record mode i get a picture, if i press record it displays that it is recording but nothing is recorded on tape, if it is repairable roughly how much would a repair like this cost. Thank you

Try cleaning the heads. That may help.
