dave, check all the small vacume pipes for leaks and good secure fits. there are quite a few!
if the waste gate is fine then it is an air leak!

Hi Dave, the manual shows for code P1125 turbo wastegate regulating valve-circuit malfunction, poss causes wiring, turbo wastegate regulating valve, so check the wiring to the wastegate valve if that looks good there should be a pulsed 5volts when engine accelerated if ok replace the wastegate but it should'nt stop the engine running!
