Talon will not start?

I cannot start my Talon 25cc chainsaw.
It has spark, fuel is getting through, but no go

Is the spark plug wet? If so, crank the engine over (plug out) to clear residual fuel, heat the plug up and try again. If plug dry, pull out choke lever, crank the engine until it pops, choke back in and away you go.
