no power to fuel pump on my 86 acura integra?

there isn't any power going to my fuel pump on my 86 acura integra, and i am having trouble finding the emergency fuel shut off switch or the fuel pump relay. what's going on? plus everything else works how it is supposed to all the lights on the dash work, and there is spark. can i just rewire the fuel pump to turn on when you turn the key?

it's been a long time since i worked on an 86 and i don't have my service manuals in front of me, but i can tell you that you have a fuse in the circuit and you also have a relay. likely one of these two is interupting current. i very seldom see any kind of wiring problems in these cars.
