Why was the baxi wireless kit rubbish?

I am about to buy the baxi wireless kit - why was that rubbish? Can you let me know?

Thanks

I had this kit fitted when i had a new baxi he combi boiler fitted just over twelve months ago expecting it to be a digital system, but it turned out to be a basic segment clock, so it meant that every day was programmed the same. The only way to alter the timing for each day is to either reset the clock each day or turn it to 24hrs and turn it off when necessary. also the thermostat has no temp markings on it only a series of lines which makes it difficult to set, it also doesnt appear to be very sensitive, it seems to have a mind of its own regarding when it turns the heating on. Ive seen this advertised at around 100 quid and quite frankly there are more versatile controllers availiable for the money. I paid £97 for the danfoss rx1 and TP7000wireless kit from heatingcontrolsonline just before christmas and am hoping to get it fitted in the next few weeks. if you compare specs this knocks the very basic baxi system into a cocked hat. If you really want the baxi kit i'll have one for sale in a short while if you are interested. post a reply with an e mail address and i'll get in touch. Hope this helps.
