How can I fix my Ravenheat timer?

I have a Ravenheat boiler and the heating won't work. The hot water is operating fine but when I use the timer to turn the heating on the light doesn't come on and the boiler doesn't 'kick in' so the heating doesn't work. I've tried changing the fuse in the main switch but I'm not sure what else to do. Any ideas? Thanks.

Buy a new clock/programmer from www.abcotuk.co.uk in Wembley, Middlesex. They are the cheapest around. Cost you around £50 for labour to get somebody Corgi registered to take the old unit out and put the new one in.
PS. These are Manchester rates by the way.
