water getting into the engine, Vauxhall zafira 1.6?

i recently had an oil change and changed the oil filter and brake pads for Vauxhall zafira, but the is water bgetting into the engine causing it not to start. Vauxhall Zafira 1.6

did u change the filter yourself? Check the fitting of the filter - it is always good to line the thread with oil to get a good seal. It is also easy when removing the old filter to damage the thread.
