rover25 heater blowing cold air how do i fix it?

my heater in rover 25 is blowing cold air what could be the cause 2003model

Hi There,

If I were you, firstly I would check the lock in the cooling system by pushing one hose.
(If you can see that the coolantwater is moving in the tank you could be sure there is no any lock in the system).

The next step is the temperature control valve which is behind the engine to check the position of the valve.

Then If you are sure that it is not stuck on closed postition
I would go to the air mix and heater control cable which is connecting with the heater matrix. It is better to check the heater control knob as well.
