how can i remove a damage speaker cover Mercedes clk 240?

the plastic speaker cover in the front nearside door of my 2002 mercedes clk 240 coupe has been damaged by seat belt buckle. I need to remove it and replace with new plastic cover

You need to remove the complete door trim and then drill out the plastic "rivets" from the back. the new grill needs the pegs "melting over" to act as rivets to secure in place
