NEFF U1721 Oven - No Power?

Trying to replace the element on a NEFF U1271 main over.

After removing all the necessary panels, fan etc. started to pull out the element - whoops - forgot to switch off the power. Now no power to the main oven (top still works ok), light or fan. Is this likely to be just a fuse or have I killed it? If it is a fuse how do I replace it?

ours did similar....turns out the oven had gone into a safe lock mode

Using the function selector, switch
5 x from fan oven position to conventional oven position and back again.333 must be displayed.
444 is the lock mode and none of the elements will heat

http://www.neff-eshop.com/ for the original parts or http://www.qualitycookerspares.co.uk. I've put really cheap alternatives in my oven and they have only lasted 9 months when the oven is used at least once a day.

Bizarre, but after switching off mains power or suffering a power cut, the main oven on the U1721 will not work unless you reset the clock after power is restored.

We have just lost all heat from the lower oven, fan still works so must be element- does anyone know where to source one?
