My zanussi double electric oven ZDM 869 no heat on fan?

The larger top oven, all seems to work, fan comes on, control lights up, but no heat,
Model is 7 yrs old, ZDM 869.

I have the same oven and problem too and am assuming it's a heating element but not had a chance to open it up for a look. Anyone have any joy with a solution
