last night i noticed my light was off in the fridge, but there was still noise coming from it, then the noise stopped later. i woke up this morning and the fridge still seems cool and the freezer is still frozen? any ideas? its an Indesit fridge freezer
It appears to be working, noise has come back on, i presume the bulb has gone :) there is no temperature lights, just a dial on the top of the inside of the fridge. but the temperature feels cold enuff!

Just because the internal light is off doesn't necessarily mean that the fridge has packed in - check the bulb and flick the door switch in case its sticking. Has the freezer any temperature indicator lights? Keep a sharp eye on the internal temperature though so you can see whats actually happening.
