same prpolem cured ,your plugs are fine BUT you may have 1 or 2 relays down or a fuse or a combination of all check as follows
get 2ft of 6mm elec cable and bare the ends, very carefully place one end on glow plug and one end onto battry live for 10 seconds one at a time and do all 4 quick as you can ( ignition off while doingb this)turn ignition fully to start if starts then you have no power to glowplugs via ignition you have a faulty 70 amp relay or 20 or 30 amp blade fuse blown or both.
fuses by drivers wheel on rhs botm row 3rd from lft fuse, relay is bhind cover by bonnett release its yellow 70 amp and there is a smaller black relayin front of it which is also relevant
if you notice before doing this that the glow plug lamp does go out very quicly then its faulty relay however this will probably of blown the blade fuse as well
