How can I fix a misfire on a vectra cdx 2.5 v6 ?

My vectra cdx 2.5 v6 1997 seems to misfire and have a lack of power, it has got new plug and leads but no changes, sometime it sound like there is an air leaks. can you help?

it sounds like the coil pack has gone, mine sounds ike it has a air leak too and i cant find where it is coming from.
