I have to replace the belt on a hoover windtunnel with a bag?

I bought the correct belt, but I do not know how to install it correctly. I have a windtunnel upright with a bag.

There are two belts. One for the power drive and one to turn the rotary brush. Both are accessible by turning the vacuum cleaner upside down and removing the bottom plate (about four or five screws).
