I don't know the model but in general if it's lime scale take a plastic sandwich bag, fill it with white vinegar, place the bag so that the shower head is submerged in the vinegar and tie the bag tightly behind the shower head so that the bag stays in place. Leave it that way over night and you should be pleasantly surprised in the morning.
