renault clio 1.5 cdi warning light?

my warning light came on and the engine wont exceed 3000 revs i had it put on a diagnostic machine and it came up excellerator pedal,i had that renewed but the problem still persists

Check the sensors and their connections that live in the large rubber hoses leading from the turbo to the intercooler...a known fault on these.
