How do i fix my Zanussi fridge?

the fridge is too warm. we have turned it up to max but to no effect. however, the freezer is now extra cold.

auto defrost not working.defrost for 24hrs and turn it back on will solve problem but if after 3-4wks time it happens again you have a faulty defrost system.could be defrost timer or defrost heater that has failed.
