engine problems?

i have a gilera dna 50 but the engine has been upgraded to a 70cc theres never been any problems with it before. untill now. it starts fine but after about 10 mins of riding it the engine gets very hot then cuts out and wont start again for about 30 mins. has any body got any ideas what the problem could be. you can email me at. thankyouuuuuuu

my dna did the same , incorrect fuel mixture , it makes the spark plug soggy as a wet nappy ,

turn the mixture screw all the way in then turn it 1 and 1/2 times anti clockwise ,

then adjust the idle screw , your looking at idle speed of 1500 to 1900

If running hot sounds as if the engine is running lean,maybe needs the fuel air mixture adjusted.
Could need an uprated sparkplug.Or could be the ignition coil is overheating and stops working till it cools down.

check your ignition timing now you have upgraded the cubic capacity this may need slight adjustment aswell.hope this help's
