My CDA (CW494) dishwasher is not washing properly because the grey plastic pump (which lines the top, back wall and bottom of the machine) keeps popping out due to the water pressure. It seems that this part needs to be replaced because the plastic clip holding it in place has broken. Where can I get a new pump?
I had the same problem and e-mailed cda who sent me the replacement part which has solved the problem. The e-mail address is service@cda.eu and the part number is 4812 418 18337. They didn't charge - not even postage.
